This policy explains what personal information Bench Series collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Bench Series is a family of products from Walker United Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). Questions? Email [email protected].
1. What this site is
benchseries.com (and this preview) is a product hub. It describes Bench Series products and links out to product sites such as The Planner's Bench. This hub does not sell courses or run checkout itself.
2. What we collect
- When you email us. Your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you visit the hub. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard security logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
- Ask Bench Series chat. Questions you type in the Ask panel are sent to our own small knowledge base on this site so we can return a short answer. We do not send your questions to an outside AI provider. We do not use the Ask box to build a marketing profile. Cloudflare may retain short-lived request logs for security (IP, time, path). We ask you not to paste confidential plant, employer, or client details into Ask — and the Ask box is set up to refuse those topics.
We don't ask for, and don't want, any company's or facility's confidential information. Please don't send it to us.
3. Cookies and local storage
This hub does not set advertising cookies. Your browser may keep ordinary technical data needed to load the page. Theme or UI preferences, if any, stay on your device.
4. How we use information
- To answer your email and support requests
- To operate and protect the hub (including abuse prevention)
- To improve the hub's public content
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as needed with:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and provides security logs
- The law, if required, or to protect our rights or someone's safety
Product sites linked from this hub (for example plannersbench.com) have their own privacy policies when you use those sites.
6. How long we keep it
Email we receive is kept as long as needed to reply and run the business. Security logs follow our host's normal retention. Ask questions are processed to produce an answer and are not stored by us as a long-term chat history on this hub.
7. Your choices
Email us at [email protected] to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we can. You can also simply stop using the Ask box and the site.
8. Children
This hub is for adults in professional settings. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
