Bench Series is a family of products from Walker United Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). You can reach us at [email protected].
These terms are an agreement between you and Walker United Group LLC. By using this Bench Series hub (including the Ask panel), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the hub.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover this hub website and the Ask Bench Series feature on it. Individual Bench products (courses, apps, and other tools) may have their own terms when you buy or use them on their own sites.
3. Informational hub only
This hub describes products and links to them. Content here is general information, not professional advice for a specific plant, procedure, or permit situation. Always follow your site's procedures, OEM guidance, and applicable codes and standards.
4. Ask Bench Series
Ask Bench Series answers from a small fixed knowledge base about public Bench Series hub content. It is not connected to an outside AI provider. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on Ask for safety-critical, legal, or compliance decisions, and don't paste confidential or employer-specific details into it.
5. Intellectual property
We own the Bench Series name, marks, and the content on this hub, or we have permission to use them. You may not copy the hub for commercial reuse, scrape it abusively, or imply that we endorse your product or company.
SAP, SAP PM, and related names are trademarks or registered trademarks of SAP SE. Bench Series is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAP SE or any other company.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the hub or Ask (including attempts to disrupt the service, probe for non-public data, or submit unlawful content). We may suspend access if needed to protect the service.
7. No warranty
The hub and Ask are provided "as is." We don't promise uninterrupted access or that every description is complete. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Walker United Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this hub or Ask. Our total liability for claims relating to this hub is limited to fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
